Programs occur in time and space, have purposes and stakeholders, include projects which include processes which are designed, tested, built and maintained.

**Civil society is volunteer based and often unorganized and/or short term collectivism. Often more structure and langer term are needed.**

**Volunteers can benefit from self-organizing our own volunteerism.**

Civil society can reclaim much that is done by big remote businesses and governments.
**Known Uses:**
SEE THE SYSTEMS is our foundational program. It enables neighborhoods to visualize the system and subsystems that they already are. This visualization enables shared decision making and shared changes. The other programs are to support the skills needed for cooperative decision making and continuous strengthening and relocalization of most of our working and playing and living.

**Collective Action Research** (common pool resource management) resilience and viability in association with IU Ostrom Workshop.
Each program may benefit from configuring the ReLocalize Creativity temple structure for each of the particular Programs. The name of the foundation will change from Creativity to the name of program focus. E.g. ReLocalize Governance and ReLocalize Education.
