SOFI-VSM Sketch

This diagram integrates Stafford Beer's Viable System Model (VSM) and the Sofi (spheres of influence) model with the aim of enhancing both.

I recommend printing it out and getting colored markers to make your assessment on.

You may notice that VSM Sys 5 components are highlighted in pink, Sys 4 in purple, Sys 3 in orange, ane Sys 1 in dark green. The items in blue are what I call shared services and include Sys 2.
