Here we begin to imagine an expanding system of acknowledgement of skills teaching, learning, and doing. THere is a growing set of skills that serve neighborhoods. We wish to acknowledge individuals as well as account for the growth of neighborhood skills and capacities.
This starts with the lower gold "teach one" connecting with the seers and then the first doers. Some of the doers will beach others some of whom will do and teach and so on.
Tokens will be distributes when the assertions are matched with declarations.
