By Wiki I refer to federated wiki or FedWiki.
The big idea here is that neighborhoods that are able use FedWiki technologies to understand and self-organizing the systems and ecosystems that are the neighborhood will have a chance to be more capable of Autopoiesis, Resilience and Antifragility.
