The **Guidelines** for working with the Influence Matrix (Consensus Matrix) 1. Necessary precondition: system relevant set of variables 2. The question must be: "If I change A, how strongly will B be changed? 3. The strength of influence is 0, 1, 2, or 3. 4. Enter only direct effects 5. Attention to the direction of effects (only "effect from A to B", not "effect between A and B". 6. Work through horizontal line after horizontal line. 7. Work only with partners (never alone). 8. Three independent groups should fill out the matrix 9. Consensus matrix with redefinition of the variables. 10. Renewed orientation of the variables.
