In the Tetrahedron and AIC method Ideals are the source of the most power. An Ideal of participation points toward a strong desire for everyone one to have a say and to lend a hand. Distant from participation is isolation and subjugation. It is the space where the "I" and the "We" work things out without leaving and without force.
