Collective-Choice Arrangements

All members have an equal voice in the rules governing the network.

> Marc's aspiration is for this to be like a Quaker deliberative meeting ending only when there is consensus. Maybe when consensus is not attained that is a stimulus or "forking" into another network. Of course different networks can still communicate--everything is Community Commons 4.O and available.

> Keep in mind that all written material and the communication platform code are open source and can be forked at anytime, thus creating another branch. Each divergent branch's name should make it clear that they are some how different from the founding network.
