**Aspiration:** VSM and Syntegration (Beer) will be more widely used in a vernacular form. Several key insights are carried forward and integrated with Deming's work (as in API's Linkage Mapping), Chris Argyris' work (as in Downs and Cousin's Sofi), and MIT work (as in Forrester, Meadows, and Richman), and Vester's work (Interconnected [Interactive] Thinking).
